Week of 6/4-6/8:

I rode 4 times although 2 of the 8 legs were only between the car dealership and work which is closer to 4 miles than the 13 I normally ride each way. I also did the Saturday morning group ride at the Bicycle Wheel (26 or 27 miles)

Week of 6/11-6/15:

I rode on Wednesday only, but also did the Bicycle Wheel ride on Saturday.

I rode today 6/20!

First, I rode 3 times last week (tue 5/29, wed 5/30 and Fri 6/1). I also rode the prior Friday and a weekend group ride (~30 miles).

I've got the swim team thing going. I've started a web site that is going to make inexpensive websites available to summer league swim teams Check it out at www.swim-team.us.
